Agreement for diving services and courses

Effective Date: December 21, 2025

By booking or participating in any diving activity with Wolff Diving Tulum, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Wolff Diving Tulum. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Services Description

Wolff Diving Tulum provides:

  • Guided cenote and cave diving tours
  • Diving certification courses (TDI, IANTD)
  • Technical diving training
  • Equipment rental and diving logistics

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • check_circleArrive on time for scheduled activities
  • check_circleRespect equipment and environmental regulations

Medical Requirements

Important: Scuba diving involves physical exertion and medical risks. You must be in good health.

  • Complete a medical questionnaire before diving
  • Obtain physician clearance if you answer "yes" to any medical conditions
  • Disclose all relevant health information
  • Not dive if pregnant, under influence, or medically unfit

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Acknowledgment: Diving is an adventure sport with inherent risks including but not limited to decompression sickness, drowning, equipment failure, and marine life encounters.

By participating, you:

  • Acknowledge and accept these risks
  • Agree to follow all safety protocols
  • Understand that Wolff Diving Tulum is not liable for injuries resulting from your negligence or failure to follow instructions
  • Release Wolff Diving Tulum from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

You will be required to sign a liability release before participating in any diving activity.

Booking & Payment

  • Bookings require a deposit (typically 30%)
  • Full payment is due before or on the day of service
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy

Safety & Equipment

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or modify dives due to weather or safety concerns
  • Refuse service to anyone deemed unsafe or unqualified
  • Terminate a dive or course if safety is compromised
  • Charge for damaged or lost equipment

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
