Cancellation Policy
Fair and transparent cancellation terms for all our services
At Wolff Diving Tulum, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, while ensuring we can continue to provide the highest quality diving experiences.
General Cancellation Policy
- check_circle7+ days notice: 100% refund minus payment processing fees (3-5%)
- check_circle3-6 days notice: 50% refund, or credit toward future booking
- cancelLess than 48 hours: No refund. Deposit and payment are non-refundable
Weather Cancellations
Safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel a dive due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you will receive:
- check_circleFull 100% refund, OR
- check_circleFree rescheduling to any available date
- check_circleCredit valid for 12 months
Note: Weather cancellations are determined by our dive masters based on current conditions, forecast, and dive site requirements. Your safety always comes first.
Medical & Emergency Cancellations
We understand that medical emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. With proper documentation, we offer:
- medical_servicesMedical Certificate: 100% credit or 75% refund with doctor's note
- emergencyFamily Emergency: 100% credit valid for 18 months
- verifiedTravel Issues: Flight delays/cancellations with proof: reschedule for free
*Documentation must be provided within 48 hours of scheduled dive/course
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled dive or course without prior notice:
No-shows result in 100% forfeiture of all payments and deposits. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Rescheduling
We're happy to work with you to reschedule your dive or course:
- event7+ days notice: Free rescheduling, unlimited times
- event3-6 days notice: One free reschedule, $25 USD fee for additional changes
- event24-48 hours notice: $50 USD rescheduling fee
Course-Specific Terms
Multi-day courses (Cave Training, Technical Training, etc.) have additional considerations:
- schoolOnce a course begins, refunds are pro-rated based on days completed
- scheduleIf you cannot complete due to skill/safety issues, partial credit may be offered
- workspace_premiumCourse materials and certification fees are non-refundable once issued
