Yes, we provide all necessary diving equipment for our tours and courses. All equipment is maintained to the highest standards and regularly serviced. You're also welcome to use your own equipment if you prefer.

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially during high season (November-April). For courses, we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure instructor availability and proper preparation time.

For standard cenote (cavern) dives, you need an Open Water certification with basic diving experience. Some advanced cenotes require Advanced Open Water. Cave diving requires specific Cave Diver certification.
If you have any medical conditions, you'll need to complete a medical questionnaire. Certain conditions require a doctor's clearance. We take safety very seriously and will guide you through any medical requirements.
For Open Water courses: 10 years old (Junior certification)
For cenote diving: 12 years old minimum
For cave diving courses: 18 years old minimum

- Cenote tours: Maximum 4 divers per guide
- Training courses: Maximum 4 students per instructor

Safety is our top priority. We follow strict protocols including pre-dive briefings, buddy checks, emergency oxygen on-site, first aid kits, and 24/7 emergency response plans. All our guides and instructors are certified rescue divers with extensive cave diving experience.
We accept cash (USD or MXN), bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Payment details will be provided when you confirm your booking.
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your dive/course. Full payment is recommended for courses to secure your spot.
If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Your safety is our priority, and we never compromise on this.
